Chocolate Balls
Basic Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup of dates
½ cup ground almonds
2 Tbsp desiccated coconut
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
1 Tbsp honey
Process:
Add dates to a food processor and process on highest setting until they break apart and then it forms back into a clump. Then add rest of ingredients except honey. Once all mixed together and is like fine crumbs reduce setting to medium and drizzle in honey until clumps start forming and that’s enough honey. You can also substitute honey for melted coconut oil. Only use enough to enable the mix to stick together. Take out dessert spoonfuls and roll into a ball.
