A retreat is a wonderful way to take time out from ‘normal life’ and turn our awareness inwards. Life is so full and busy that withdrawing from all the processing allows us to stop, be with, unravel tension from our body, heart and mind and find our inner place of balance and stillness.
When we are not distracted by our usual life, we start to come back to our true nature remembering who we are. A retreat is a powerful way to create the space we need to listen to our bodies, hearts and minds for ultimate health and wellbeing.
