Yoga Practice Videos
Welcome to my yoga videos page. Here are some short videos offered as suggestions and ways to explore different postures. Please note that there are so many different ways to explore this practice and so some of the suggestions are just for you to play with, become curious and help take you deeper into your practice and self. Please note that the way I practise and teach may have a different emphasis in the moment, so in the moment of the recordings, this is what came through to offer.
There are different lengths offered. Some short, 5 - 20-minute, in order to explore different postures and some longer, 30 - 40-minute, to enable you to enjoy these in more depth.
Please read below for practical suggestions to support your practice.

Some suggestions for you
Find a comfortable and quiet place to practise where you will not be disturbed.
It is helpful to have a non-slip mat if you don’t have that try an exercise mat or even a long towel.
If you are on a wooden floor you may like to double up your mat.
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in that won’t restrict your movement and your breathing.
Always listen to your body and only move in ways that feel helpful to release tension and open joints and soft tissues.
If something doesn’t feel right then always stop and come out of a posture, do less and explore the first part of the movement.
If you have never practised yoga before do be very gentle with movements and go slowly and carefully.
It is SO IMPORTANT to never push or force your body when practising.
You can practise at any time of the day but at least 2 hours after a full meal and 1 hour after a light meal.
If you find your body is stiff maybe try a warm shower or gentle walk before you practise.
