WiseWoman WellWoman

Discover your wellbeing foundation

A wise woman - one who knows herself, grows and evolves within herself and has a twinkle in her eye from her deep knowing

A unique course designed for women over 40, to support all aspects of your health and wellbeing with natural practices, techniques and ways to support you through the peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopausal years.

This is a transformational time, a multi-year and multi-layered experience affecting and changing the body, mind, emotions, psyche and spiritual aspect of yourself. We therefore needs to be supported from a multi-dimensional perspective. It can be a challenging time for many women, bringing up health issues and other challenges. However, there are so many amazing ways that we can support ourselves, and this is what this course is about.

The 7-week online course is facilitated by Suzy Greenwood, Physiotherapist, Yoga Teacher and Somatic Wellbeing Coach, together with other wonderful women’s health and wellbeing specialists including Jo Majithia, Nutritionist, Vicki Hill, Exercise and movement specialist and Sara Rooney Medical Herbalist. Why do this course? – ‘there is so much out there now for women of this age’, YES! isn’t it brilliant that there has been a huge surge of awareness and information in the mainstream about the challenges women face at this stage of life.

The difference in this course is that it has been designed with the busy woman in mind. Instead of having to wade through all the information out there, what is shared has been chosen as it provides you with the core basics of wellbeing, you will be able to create your ‘wellbeing foundation’, be in a supportive group, connecting with other women, receiving effective information from experts in their field, have lifetime access to the recordings and get an opportunity to ask questions to the specialist teachers.
