Terms & Conditions of booking for a retreat and FAQ                                                                                                                                           1. Please note payment for a retreat is required in full to secure your place.

2. What happens if you have paid for a retreat and then can’t make it?

i) If this is a month or more from the retreat start date, you will receive a refund minus £15
admin fee, or you can transfer to another retreat with a £10 admin fee if there is space.
ii) If this is within 2 weeks of the retreat you will receive half your money back minus £15 admin
fee, or if there is a waiting list and your space is filled by another, you will receive a refund
minus a £15 admin fee, or you can transfer to another retreat if your space is filled by another,
and there is space on the next retreat, for a £15 admin fee.
iii) If it is less than a week before the retreat, no refund will be given, unless there is a waiting
list and your space is filled by another, if so, you will receive a refund minus a £15 admin fee, or
you can transfer to another retreat, if there is space and your space is filled by another, for a £15 admin fee.
iv) If it within 72 hours then no refund will be offered and no transference to another retreat
date is possible. (Discretion will be given on individual situations).

3. What happens if you have already paid and then find you are unable to come, and you find
someone else to take your place?

i) It is fine for someone else to take your place and you are responsible for sorting out the
payment with this person.
